Barbini Specchi Veneziani is pleased to announce its participation in the The Italian Glass Weeks. For the occasion, the historic company proposes Volubilis, a singular exhibition that involves 12 leading designers in the Italian and international contemporary scene, called to rethink the traditional Venetian mirror and to try their hand at its countless processing techniques.

Volubilis wants to continue that dialogue that began more than half a century ago – glass and design – and will have the mirror as its main protagonist, an object that appears cold and austere, but which in reality has its own dynamism and can take on various forms and applications, also becoming a piece of furniture, a lamp, a vase, a sculpture, boiserie elements and three-dimensional surfaces.
